Fall 2023 Appointments
If you would like to meet with me to discuss course registration, or how to enhance your college experience through student organizations, volunteering or internships, use this system to schedule your appointment.
Please read the information below before scheduling an appointment.
Academic Advising
I will be offering both virtual and in person appointments. Planning appointments are designated for students who have complex questions that require more thorough discussion and planning. Drop-in hours will be facilitated virtually via zoom. No in person drop-in hours will be offered. Drop-in hours are designated for students who have questions that can be answered relatively quickly.
- Be prepared for your appointment. Please bring a list of courses that you would like to take as well as any questions or concerns that you have.
- Arrive on time to your appointment and cancel in advance if you are unable to attend.
- Schedule early, as appointment times will fill quickly!
- If you need to change the mode (ZOOM v. in-person) of your appointment, please email me directly.
If you will be a GRADUATING senior, I will be offering specific graduation check drop-ins and these hours will be posted on the website when available. (You may also request a quick, graduation check via e-mail at jlwhitc@ilstu.edu.)
