About me:

I am looking forward to our scheduled appointment. Please bring the materials you wish to have looked over to this appointment. Our appointments are one hour in length. There are two ways in which our appointments can take place:

Meeting Virtually: If you choose to meet virtually, please let me know as soon as possible, by emailing me at AT_mdcorea@ilstu.edu. I will then send you a zoom link which you can join me during the selected hour of our appointment. Please have your materials available electronically, as I will give you access to share your screen. 

Meeting Face to Face: If you wish to meet face to face, please come to room 19 in DeGarmo Hall, and knock on the door. I will answer the door, and then we may begin our meeting. Please bring a computer with the work you would like to have reviewed, or a hard copy.

Cancellation Policy:

A minimum of 24 hours in  advance notice is required for cancellations.

If a student misses 3 scheduled appointments or has 3 short notice cancellations (less than 24 hours) they will be required to meet with a staff member in the Graduate School prior to further appointment bookings.

If you are late for an appointment you may be required to rebook your appointment.

This procedure has been put in place out of respect for our staff and students.
