Book Appointment

UNDERGRADUATE students last name O-Z: If you select "Special Education Advising" from the dropdown box, you will have the option to choose whether your appointment is in person, by phone, or via Zoom. There are some days that I work off campus and can only accommodate virtual appointments. You will see my virtual-only availability if you select "Special Education Advising Virtual" from the drop-down menu. If you do not see an available time that works with your schedule, please send me an email at jdkosci@ilstu.edu. I typically add appointments on Thursday or Friday for the upcoming week.

GRADUATE students: You can meet with me or Megan Baxter. If times do not match up with your teaching schedule, please email Megan (mebaxter@ilstu.edu) and me (jdkosci@ilstu.edu) for alternative times.

Cancellation Policy:

A minimum of 24 hours advance notice is required for cancellations.

If a student misses 3 scheduled appointments or has 3 short notice cancellations (less than 24 hours) he/she will be required to meet with a staff member prior to further appointment bookings.

If you are late for an appointment you may be required to rebook your appointment.

This procedure has been put in place out of respect for our staff and students.
