I’m Melissa Ramirez-Osorio, Academic Advisor, Recruiter, and Student Success Coach for the PULSE program at Illinois State University. I am a higher education professional passionate about supporting underrepresented, first-generation, and non-traditional students gain college access. With experience in academic advising, recruitment, and student success initiatives, I focus on creating accessible, student-centered programs. Fluent in Spanish and active in community and professional organizations, I’m committed to fostering equity and opportunity in education.
